Refund policy

Return / Exchange:

1. Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Proof of purchase must be provided via order / invoice number.
3. Returned products should be unused and returned with all tags & labels intact in their protective packaging.
4. Your returned product should be returned in the same original protective packaging (carton box, dust bags, etc.) to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
5. If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the address of the original order and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order.
