HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1. Please request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Simply complete the return form online or email us your request at Ora.eg21@gmail.com
3. A pick up will be arranged with an additional shipping fee depending on your location. Please note that it can take up to 5–7 days for us to receive your return.
4. Once your return is accepted at our quality department, your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used to purchase your order (excluding shipping fees).
5. Refunds can take between 4–15 business days depending on your payment provider.
