Wrong size? You can exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Size exchange

Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Shipping for the exchange is paid by the customer.

How to request
  1. Message us on WhatsApp +20 111 633 2891 or email Ora.eg21@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We arrange a pick-up. The shipping fee depends on your location.
  3. It can take up to 5–7 days for the pair to reach us.
Conditions
  • Proof of purchase: your order or invoice number.
  • The shoes must be unused, with all tags and labels.
  • Return them in the original packaging (box and dust bag) so they reach us in good condition.
  • If an item doesn't meet these conditions, it is sent back to the original address and the shipping cost is deducted.
Refunds

Once your return is accepted by our quality team, the refund goes back through the payment method you used, excluding shipping fees. Refunds take 4–15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
